Extremely helpful and friendly staff.Brought in a broken pair of glasses and they were able to fix them in no time at all and didn't even charge me.The world needs more of that

I went to vison works to get a pair of glasses and could fine NONE that I liked and the staff was miserable and unprofessional. I decided to try Walmart and it was the best decision I ever made. Not only did I find three pair of glasses I loved, I had the best customer service experience in a very long time. I had the pleasure of dealing with 4 of the employees there and they were all so pleasant and helpful but Felipe really stuck out to me. I went in to the vision center in Scotia and Steve said to give a call to Felipe and see how to go about a replacement pair of glasses. I was leaving for Texas at the end of the week. He was optimistic by thinking they could possibly get them by Friday or Monday. He called me two days later and said all ready. Picked them up today and all was great. Excellent customer service. Thanks Steve and Felipe.
