My husband and I came in to purchase sunglasses and Sherry and Shoneice were very helpful in finding a nice frame for us.

"Quite Impressive"!! While shopping at the Hoover Wal-Mart my wife & I visited theWalmart Vision & Glasses Center in the front of the store. Miss Laura immediately greeted us with a warm friendly smile! She was extremely helpful & found my wife a great pair of sunglasses, readers and a very sharp eyeglass strap. The prices are all very competitive. Plus the personal service was outstanding!! Kudos to Laura and her customer service skills!!!
Very unprofessional. Had a lady waiting for her appointment for an hour and was still waiting. Me and her both had appointments. Only for the staff to say the doctor is “running behind.” Would not recommend.
Laura at the Hoover Vision center is top tier when it comes to providing quality customer service. I arrived to their location at 6:50 pm (they close at 7 pm - yikes) to inquire about costs for bringing my own glasses for them to fill my prescription in. When I walked in, to my surprise, she was a familiar face. She is someone whom I’d met years ago at another Walmart store, where I saw her work every where from the service desk, to on the floor, to on the cash register.
