Laura at the Hoover Vision center is top tier when it comes to providing quality customer service. I arrived to their location at 6:50 pm (they close at 7 pm - yikes) to inquire about costs for bringing my own glasses for them to fill my prescription in. When I walked in, to my surprise, she was a familiar face. She is someone whom I’d met years ago at another Walmart store, where I saw her work every where from the service desk, to on the floor, to on the cash register. Giving this place a 5 star review because of Sherryl. She was very helpful in finding my receipt from NJ for my purchase of contact lenses that I needed to swap in Alabama. She’s a good worker that tries to fix problems instead of creating even more problems. The eye doc Dr. Jessica was 40 min late for my 9 hour appointment. She didn’t apologize for that. However she did a very good job of getting my proper eye prescription and even gave me samples of dry eye drops. I do advise that she value her patient’s time more and give... read more
Amazing eye doctor! For one thing, I had to bring 2 of my toddlers in - she was very good with them (and with me) and made it an enjoyable experience. Patient, knowledgeable, concise, and easy to talk to; she helped correct my previous prescription (from America's Best next door to Walmart). I knew my last exam wasn't right even before the constant headaches began. She was able to fine tune my numbers, and I haven't been having them since. Thank you, highly recommended!
Brandi was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and helped me with a detailed breakdown of all the options and costs for my glasses. She made me feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend visiting while she's there.
Eye injury. They set me up with an appointment at last minute. I appreciate them for that. My local Walmart Vision wouldn't even see me. Pun intended. Glad everything worked out.
