I had wrote a review a year ago due to a horrible experience with an employee name Sara! Here I am again a year later thinking I could give this place another chance but nope never again will I return to this place same employee same horrible customer service! Super friendly and helpful with glasses I purchased elsewhere. Helped me when seller (standard optical) wouldn't. Thanks walmart optical!
All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! Walmart finally did it right. They hired a permanent doctor rather than have doctors come in a day or two a week. I was examined by Dr. Vu today and was so impressed with her knowledge and thoroughness. This lady is a class act. I will absolutely return and will recommend her to everyone I speak to.
This is days later but still has me very upset. The older shorter lady that works here helped me and my mom out and was very disrespectful and unprofessional. She was not speaking to us as she was on her computer so my mom got up to look at the glasses in which the lady yelled at my mom (directly in my ear) that the order was ready. Then followed by trying to talk sweet. Gmfu
