I like everyone at the 96th walmart vision center. The staff out front are helpful and friendly. I like the eye dr (Meriano?l too. The price is decent. I've now had lasik so hopefully, no offense, I won't see them as often now.
Valentina treated me rudely and despotically, as well as racist treatment. They should give her a class on how to treat a customer, as well as how to talk to a child. By the way, she spoke badly to my son.
I was interested in scheduling an appointment, but while doing so the employee (Ali) had started raising his voice after I’d answered his questions. Insisted I didn’t know anything about my own insurance and vision benefits. Needless to say, appointment wasn’t scheduled.
I purchased glasses here, reasonably priced and the staff was great.
Rude. A Place in WALMART SHOULDN'T be ran like it's on Rodeo Dr or any high end retailer, it's Walmart. They discriminate against those disabled on Medicaid/Medicare, only want top tier insurance. Both employees and "DR" are super rude. But they'll push paying hundreds out of pocket knowing you can't afford it.Go to Dr Tavel as they're alot nicer people with a lot to offer to all people regardless of their income, health, etc.
