Bhinta (sp?) was so helpful and nice and efficient with helping me order glasses for my dad. Everyone who works here is obviously working really hard and they are very busy so I recommend going when you have time to wait patiently if you are a walk in.

The entire team is rude & has 0 customer service. Waited more than 30 min before I was attended to and Dr. Megan Ferrer didn’t even apologize or say anything about the delay. Plus one of the technician’s needs proper hygiene. It wasn’t just me, I saw the way they spoke rudely and talked about some ladies who came with their kids for appointment. You need to do better for those still coming here. I will never be back here again.
Dr. Fragoulis, is very good at what she does. I had a great experience getting my contacts and glasses! Staff is friendly, courtesy, and present.
