Placed an order and paid for glasses 12/28/25. They said it would be ready 1/7/26. I never received a call to let me know it’s ready. I went in 1/16/26 but they were too busy. Went back in on a weekday. Busy again but did finally get my glasses. They must be too busy to make courtesy calls.
