Refused to give me my PD measurements. I was told corporate won’t allow them to give it out so people will have to buy frames from here. If y’all want people to buy these glasses GET BETTER AFFORABLE GLASSES! I will get my pair that my insurance covered but this will be the last time I go to Walmart for glasses!! UPDATE got my PD without Walmart and found affordable sunglasses!

Whoever answers the phone is rude as hell and barely answered my question before just hanging up and not making sure I didn't need any more help.
Horrible customer service. The older lady upfront is very rude and has a horrible attitude. She makes everything difficult. Bad experience over all.
Krista the older lady continues to be rude and very unprofessional. She makes everything difficult for the customers. She has a very bad attitude all the time you go to the store, and when you ask to speak to the manager she also seems to take her side without taking the time to at least listen to you. Don’t waste your time or money with them, go to the Liberty store instead. The Libery store manager is always nice and very professional.
