Wow—what a great experience! Carlo, the new manager, was absolutely amazing. This was my first time trying Walmart for eyewear, and I was thoroughly impressed. Carlo wasn’t pushy at all; he took the time to explain the different types of progressive lenses and helped me find the best option. I ended up paying the price for two pairs that I usually pay for one at my regular place! When I picked them up, they were perfect—I absolutely love my Coach frames at half the price. Excellent customer service always
Went in a few days ago, was told no more orders even with them being open for another hour. Came back today, and apparently they all need to eat lunch together, they let me shop around for 20min then tell me when I picked what I wanted that I need to wait an hour for them to eat. What an absolute joke this place is. Has nobody ever heard of staggering break times?
Went there to pick up prescription glass and two staff Told they busy with other customers and need to wait. I waited 20 minutes there just for a pick up. Left from there i have other things to do. Going tomorrow again let see what happens
I have had great results at the Newington location for the last ten years. They offer top shelf lenses like Nikon and have a very knowledgeable staff.
