Cute options when it came to repairs, they don’t know how to fix them
The experience here was top notch. I went in to price out a pair of meta glasses and the experience was amazing from start to end. Carlo the manager is the definition of great customer service. He took the time to help me with my purchase and was just a nice person overall. I'll will be recommending this place going forward.
I had a great experience at this optical shop! The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The manager was especially helpful and very informative — they took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. You can really tell they care about their customers.
I actually had the best experience here. I just finished college and had already gone to two other places where the prices were kinda insane. Then I came here and they had so many good options. The manager was super nice and just explained everything in a really normal way. I didn’t feel pressured or awkward at all, which I feel like is rare. I ended up leaving with two pairs of glasses and felt really good about it. I’d 100% tell my friends to come here.
I had a great experience here. I originally went to Target to get my glasses because it was closer to home and they said they took my insurance. When I got there and had the exam, they paid for the exam but not the glasses. So I took the script to Walmart and got the glasses through the insurance at Walmart. If I had known it would be all that trouble I would have gone to Walmart in the first place.
