Lies and said that the doctor had went home for the day on a Tuesday when the sign said they were open until four. Then tried to say the doctors switched days. Then said they didn’t take Medicaid which is odd because it’s Walmart. Then proceeded to serve multiple other ppl (maybe they had an appointment, IDK) still walking around blind with no contacts. Ugggh….got me some Ben and Jertya Ice cream so there’s that!
Dr Micevsak was very thorough and knowlegeable. Answered all my questions and genuinely cared about my eyes. Exam was quick and easy and staff was friendly and helpful. If you and your family are looking for a quality caring Optometrist Dr Elena is it!!!
myself and my wife went in this week and we both had a good visit each time. they were swift and great the entire time. lori was amazing and enjoyed the atmosphere they have in the clinic. would recommend to anyone wanting a place that values your time by getting you in and out. they have sold our business with them and will keep returning for all future needs.
I always have a great experience with Dr. Micevska. Exams are thorough, the staff is friendly and efficient, and everything is clearly explained. Dr. Micevska takes the time to answer all my questions and makes sure my prescription is just right. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a professional and personable optometrist.
