Can't say enough good things about my experience here. My day so far had been rough- my foster dog chewed up my glasses right before work, and things kept getting worse. Among other things, the eyeglass shop I stopped by couldn't identify my glasses and so they couldn't replace my broken frames, and I didn't know my prescription so they couldn't get me new lenses and frames. Very fast good services ♥️ Not complain about the service
Zero stars for customer service from a guy, er optician?, who rarely looked up from his phone & had no social skills at all. I can't get past that to even review the glasses
I went there to get a contact lens eye exam as it was more than a year since my last one and had to reorder contact lenses. The exam was standard and no issues were raised and I paid my $89 fee via credit card. Next month I checked my health insurance statement and saw that the Dr. fraudemtly billed my insurance $336, for diagnostic services that were not rendered during the exam and there was no mention that I had a medical condition during the exam.
