This place is very nice and helpful. I am not given the discount paperwork along with prices too though otherwise this is a nice place that accepts my insurance company. I went to Advanced Eye care before and to my horror they took the prescription eye glasses I was wearing each day and sent them to Tacoma, WA and I had to wait 10 days to come in to pick up. I had a wonderful experience with getting my glasses, it was about a two week wait period but I got both my prescription sunglasses and normal glasses in about a week and a half. My sunglasses came within two days and my glasses about 4-5 days later. Ivy helped me out with my glasses and she adjusted them she’s just a sweetheart. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter who has Apple health Melina insurance which was fine they said. Until I got a call back saying that my primary insurance on their website showed as my old insurance, which I haven't had for over 2 years. I told them i no longer had that insurance and continued with the appointment. Then, at the end of the appointment, the doctor asked me for the full payment without insurance coverage.
