The doctor with do your eye exam if state insurance and state insurance for glasses but if you and brought your eye exam from another doctor then he will make you pay for the glasses because leases that space from Walmart and your State insurance will not matter to him at that moment. So as a eye doctor he is choosing when to take insurance. This wrong.
Had such a wonderful experience here. Staff was so lovely!
Dr. Wissink was so funny and did a great job making me feel comfortable with my first eye exam. The staff are very nice and helpful as well. They were able to get me in very quickly, too!
DONT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE THE EYE DOCTOR IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Because of an “insurance issue” the eye doctor refused to see me. They did not call me ahead of time to tell me the doctor wouldn’t see me so I got a babysitter for my kids and drove 25 min just for the doctor to tell me he wasn’t going to see me. I called my insurance to figure out what was going on, the insurance agent asked to speak to the eye doctor and the doctor was VERY RUDE about it. Turns out nothing was wrong with my insurance.
