Dr. Wissink was so funny and did a great job making me feel comfortable with my first eye exam. The staff are very nice and helpful as well. They were able to get me in very quickly, too!
DONT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE THE EYE DOCTOR IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Because of an “insurance issue” the eye doctor refused to see me. They did not call me ahead of time to tell me the doctor wouldn’t see me so I got a babysitter for my kids and drove 25 min just for the doctor to tell me he wasn’t going to see me. I called my insurance to figure out what was going on, the insurance agent asked to speak to the eye doctor and the doctor was VERY RUDE about it. Turns out nothing was wrong with my insurance. I've been going through Walmart vision for 3 or 4 years and I love it. The people in there are so nice and they're fast. They are also honest. I will not go anywhere else. Thanks guys for making me feel comfortable.
This place is very nice and helpful. I am not given the discount paperwork along with prices too though otherwise this is a nice place that accepts my insurance company. I went to Advanced Eye care before and to my horror they took the prescription eye glasses I was wearing each day and sent them to Tacoma, WA and I had to wait 10 days to come in to pick up. I asked for my prescription eye glasses and prescription lenses back that I wore each day and they refused to give them back to me. The lady that works in choosing frame... read more
