My insurance is accepted here and it is close, so I read several reviews and made an appointment. However, I had my reservations after reading some reviews I have not been for an eye exam in 20+ yrs. Everyone was great! And Dr. Maria Fragoulis was fantastic. i did NOT have to wait and NO ONE hovered over me while I picked my frames. I was able to get a pair of nice frames for $9.99. Great experience. I would definitely recommend the Schrock Rd. location in Westerville 😊
The front staff and the technician were very friendly and helpful. But the doctor, Evangelia Fragoulis was very impatient and condescending with my daughter. Will not go to her again!
