Maria disregarded my cloudy vision and me repeatedly telling her that I could not see out of my right eye. Ultimately her not addressing the issue left me blind in my right eye. Instead of going after her, I just planned to see other drs here. And my husband planned to see any other dr as well. They did not listen and had him seen by her. So now I am taking further action. Be cautious and if you plan to come here, do not see Maria!!!! It will affect your life forever! She is neglectful and doesn't care clearly.
My insurance is accepted here and it is close, so I read several reviews and made an appointment. However, I had my reservations after reading some reviews I have not been for an eye exam in 20+ yrs. Everyone was great! And Dr. Maria Fragoulis was fantastic. i did NOT have to wait and NO ONE hovered over me while I picked my frames. I was able to get a pair of nice frames for $9.99. Great experience. I would definitely recommend the Schrock Rd. location in Westerville 😊
