Lots of waiting and waiting for hours like I have experienced before. The worst!! And here I am there so this oughta be my very last and I'm not playing!
Made an appointment and showed up on time. Morscheddi decided to take the day off and not give anyone a call. I wouldn't have left work and taken time out of my day if I knew this person was so unprofessional. Take a look at the other reviews here-- this is a pattern. Take your business anywhere else.
Sitting in the waiting room for an hour and about to leave without being seen.My appointment was supposed to be forty minutes ago. Wasn't asked my name or appointment time just told to fill out paperwork. No receptionist no organization. A waste of my time. What's the point of appointments if they aren't honored and if walk ins go in front? All I wanted was to update my glasses prescription.
You make an appointment, an hour later they still haven't called you, bc the Dr. showed up 45 mins late and called people who arrived after you. Don't know if the Dr. is any good, but I dont put up with organization like this in my own business and will not tolerate it in others. I walked out about 70 minutes after my appointment time and refused to be seen. I'm aware this is a working class / immigrant neighborhood, and I'm curious why they deserve to be treated like this?
