Horrible service and extremely rude. We were having trouble with making a debit purchase for 300.00 pair of glasses and when it didn’t work one worker said I don’t know what you want me to do about it and then I got my bank on the phone and they said to manually enter it but staff said they don’t do that so I guess they didn’t need my 300 dollar purchase
Cindy in the eye center has the very best customer service I’ve ever had with glasses.

Buda vision center has the best customer service associates. They were attentive and helped me get the perfect frames and had all my information ready from the insurance so I didn't have to wait long..I came back and with my kid in to pick out new frames for school...Thankyou Cindy and Crystal for your excellent customer service.
