Faby fixed my glasses when other locations couldn’t get them adjusted correctly
The worst place i've ever done eyes check-up. The staffs are so rude, he tried to make a joke and laughed at me like i am a stupid person, i saw him was screaming at another customer instead of patience to explain to her. The doctor is the same level, treat you so bad. I and sure my family will never come back to this ugly place

One of the workers there who talked to me was very rude on the phone.
It's absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in eye care. 1st They didn't have my contacts in for over a month, and never contacted me till I went in to pick them up. They cited they had switched carriers. They gave me a pair of "emergency" contacts that were not even the correct prescription. Then I went back to get a refund in which I was told it would take 8-12 weeks for my insurance to get their money back, and was given store credit because I used an HSA to pay for $10 of it.
