I was not asked if I wanted anti-glare coating on my glasses. I received the coating that I did not ask for and six months later, the coating is scratched. When ordering my glasses, I noticed the price was a lot higher than I thought it would be. Since everything is more expensive, I didn't think much about it. Don't bother!
Came in to get my glasses fixed and Jeannie was so wonderful to work with. She replaced my frames at no cost because they were under warranty. I wasn’t aware of this, but she certainly was! I’ll be looking for her when I go back for my new prescription next month. Thanks Jeannie.
Absolutely the worst place we have ever tried to get glasses for my wife. The first pair was made with the wrong prescription. Had to wait a week to have them corrected because the doctor was on vacation. After another week the glasses came back and were still not right plus the lenses did not even fit the frames. Finally was able to return them and get a refund and the manager lied right to my face and told me she had contacted my insurance company to have my coverage reset.
