I was here on sunday,it was an old lady working ,I asked with all respect I needed to get my new glasses and wanted to use same frame cause I did not have enough money, she said they were too old , she gave me the price with feame and I ask nicely that I wanted to use same frame, Her answer was I give You whethever I want no what You want, she was so rude, cant believe some one else wanna decide for your money but You
Worst experience, bought the lens from Hartford location, the advices I can go to any Walmart and have them insert the lens into my frame, so i choose New Haven ,they refused to do it and send me back to Hartford where I almost got into a accident twice because of the bad road condition. Based on research the policy is, I can go to any Walmart and have this done, the people here is not helpful at all
Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend going to that place for anything. There are better places with much better service.
I was very pleased with Sarah in the vision center in Walmart, New Haven. She took so much time trying to get my new glasses adjusted so they would not hurt me. I bought them in the Wallingford office and brought them back five times to be adjusted and they told me they were not able to do no more Well. Sarah figure it all out for me. And if they still hurt, she told me to come back, and we will look for another frame due to the fact that I have the #Warranty, which Wallingford told me I could not do i I would highly recomme... read more
I had a bad experience in Wallingford’s Walmart vision center and went back to the original store I got the glasses for my son. Cheryn ( I hope I spelled the name right) was very helpful and professional. Within 10 minutes the frame was replaced! Thank you! Wallingford store gentleman: learn your job or don’t do it at all!
