Receptionist older lady was extremely rude refused to even look into insurance. I both called and went in to try and get a renewal exam since I currently have changed from another state to Connecticut and was told that they do not Welcome new Patient when I asked if I could speak to a higher up or the optometrist themselves, I was Told no, and That they are independent unless you are paying with debit or credit or cash out-of-pocket, they will not take anybody with insurance here The place is a complete nightmare
Merdoche is in a class above the rest. I have to stop to give him his flowers because his expertise and service is on another level. He is able to display the perfect balance of class, care and knowledge about one’s eye care. He has 20 /20 vision when it comes to his customers. He is able to manage large volumes of customers at once whether it be one to one or handling incoming walk ins as well as phone calls. I was so taken care of and impressed with the level of service.
I was here on sunday,it was an old lady working ,I asked with all respect I needed to get my new glasses and wanted to use same frame cause I did not have enough money, she said they were too old , she gave me the price with feame and I ask nicely that I wanted to use same frame, Her answer was I give You whethever I want no what You want, she was so rude, cant believe some one else wanna decide for your money but You
Worst experience, bought the lens from Hartford location, the advices I can go to any Walmart and have them insert the lens into my frame, so i choose New Haven ,they refused to do it and send me back to Hartford where I almost got into a accident twice because of the bad road condition. Based on research the policy is, I can go to any Walmart and have this done, the people here is not helpful at all
Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend going to that place for anything. There are better places with much better service.
