Charged for a guarantee warranty that we did not ask for nor did she mention. Had to go back and request a refund then she acted like she didn't know how. Very sneaky!
Made an appointment and was put on hold for over 20 minutes, hung up and called back and was put on hold again without them ever saying a single word. Had nothing but problems with this location including other parts of the store.
Friendly nice people I broke my frame the lady helped me purchase another frame put the lenses in paid and out the door quick easy simple
Me and my 2 daughters had an appt today at 9 am. We showed up at 9am. Darlene was working and the lights were still off. She came out to greet me and said "it just turned 9 o clock and you're already in line." With an EXTREME attitude. She acted as though she was upset I was on time for our appts. She proceeded to check us in with an attitude and got very rude during the process. I refused to argue with her and was nice in return. All the Opticians in there are great always willing to help out. Go over and beyond for the patients. Dr is wonderful
