Everyone was super helpful and professional. The doctor was great. Very calming and relaxing, but not stuffy. It was a bit busy, but I didn't have to wait any longer than I would at any other doctors office. Picking up my glasses tomorrow and I'm excited to see again lol

Charged for a guarantee warranty that we did not ask for nor did she mention. Had to go back and request a refund then she acted like she didn't know how. Very sneaky!
Made an appointment and was put on hold for over 20 minutes, hung up and called back and was put on hold again without them ever saying a single word. Had nothing but problems with this location including other parts of the store.
