Still waiting for glasses . Very unprofessional and have absolutely No accountability… we ordered last month.they told us they would be in in a week . every week we call after that day they say they have no control over when UPS delivers the classes. I asked at what point to we get a refund for something we paid for and haven’t received? They avoid the question and didn’t answer. Not the Same Service Anymore We’ve bought our glasses here off and on for years. But today, we’re done. It used to be that even if you didn’t buy from them, they would gladly clean or adjust your glasses while you shopped. They were friendly, helpful, and acted like they cared. Now? I called and was told, “No, Not unless you’re buying something from us.” That sentence says it all. No more kindness. No more service. Just a cold, transactional approach. Jean was very very helpful in fixing my friends glasses. He is disabled and could not afford new glasses. She showed care and empathy for my friends situation. Thank you Jean!!
