When I went in to get my glasses replaced, due to a lense being cracked, for no apparent reason, the staff was very to helpful and accommodating! When I returned to pick up my 365.00$ glasses, after receiving a text that they were available, the staff person was very unaccommodating! She was busy on her cell phone, which I think I interrupted.
