When I went in to get my glasses replaced, due to a lense being cracked, for no apparent reason, the staff was very to helpful and accommodating! When I returned to pick up my 365.00$ glasses, after receiving a text that they were available, the staff person was very unaccommodating! She was busy on her cell phone, which I think I interrupted. It costed me $700 after insurance (VSP) to be tested for glaucoma. It took three appointments at two separate locations (this location doesn't actually have the imaging equipment needed to check for glaucoma) and over six months of my time to check for glaucoma. I didn't have glaucoma btw. That's nice. Otherwise, the doctor was over ten minutes late for two of my appointments which is ironic considering the $40 fee that is charged if you are late to your appointment.
