I am a caregiver and I took my client to drop off a pair of her glasses on the afternoon of Monday, July 20. The lady that they had working was inattentive and did not do a good job communicating. She took my clients glasses (the lenses need to be replaced), and proceeded to wordlessly walk away into the back. Audra and Sona are both so wonderful! They've been assisting me for years with glasses, and this year I had to have my glasses remade not once but twice. I didn't even want to go back the second time but I work all day on the computer and good glasses are critical to my job. Both of these women let me know it wasn't a problem, and my glasses ended up perfect. Good customer service is harder to find every year, but these long time employees are examples of how to do it right.
Upgraded my crappy lenses to Walmart exclusive Nikon brand lenses. Unfortunately, got a scratch in the first month or so. Took them back in and Audra totally hooked me up with replacement lenses for free! Thank you Audra, Walmart, and Nikon! I will be back with future prescriptions for frames and lenses - you have earned my business!
