My appointment with Jesse Chon, OD, at the Wal-mart Vision Center on January 30th was excellent! This was my first time meeting Dr Chon. It had been over two years since my last eye exam. I could tell my vision had changed, but had no idea how much. Dr Chon was excellent in the way she explained each step of my eye exam! She was very thorough! I received a text message informing me that my glasses were in. I stopped by to my way home from work to find John working. When I walked into the vision center he was text messaging on his cell phone, then he put his phone down to make a personal call on the company phone. Instead of waiting 5 minutes for him to actually get back to work I left. And let me add that when he was putting my information in the computer he was adding stuff to the glasses I was ordering when he never bothered to ask. He was costing me $128 for wh... read more
I went to Walmart Vision with the hope to have my eyeglasses fixed, the left leg of my glasses came off. I was not able to wear them! I struggled to see without my glasses, I depend on them for everything so I was very worried and frustrated cause I needed them fixed ASAP So I went to this location which a friend recommended me. For my good fortune NINA was there and she asked me “How can I help you today? So I showed my glasses and ask for her help!
