Ashley is always pleasant when I come in. She makes sure my son is well taken care of and his glasses fit. My first time in she sat him down and explained how he should take care of his glasses he's 5 now but was only 4 at the time and had never worn glasses before so her taking the time to instruct him was amazing. That's was a year ago and to this day he still follows her instructions. Thank you Ashley for being a great person and having amazing customer service.
Was a wonderful visit got two pairs of glasses for a great price and they were fitted perfectly
Needed the nose pieces on my glasses repaired and they were able to do it right then no waiting! Very friendly too!
Awful client service. The man that answer the phone hung up on me after I tried to explain something so simple like "Can you please help me sending my prescription via Fax to another center?". He couldn't understand because of the phone and he ended the conversation saying: ' can't help you"... without even trying! I called again and he didn't even pick up the phone, he hung up every time! After a few minutes he finally picked up the phone and pretended nothing happened, not even "My apologise ma'am". Super rude, it was for ... read more
