The staff is always fast, professional, and welcoming. I was in and out in no time.
I'm very pleased with the customer service that was provided, Isabel has great customer service , Isabel provided different options from me to choose from and after I chose 3 she showed me other frames and at the end I loved the frames she showed me. Isabel educated me on the different lens, scratch coating, and extras needed to have great Eyewear. I left feeling like I made a great choice. I most definitely definitely be making Walmart Vision & Glasses my optical store. Thank you Isabel.
Chriselda did a great job of fixing my glasses and was very friendly.
Optical vision center was rude as hell to me and my kid. Never going back. From the optometrist to the ladies that help you get your glasses, I hope they fire and replace all of them. Horrible experience. I honestly don't understand anymore. More and more people are just becoming unpleasant i can't even get glasses. That's ridiculous sad part is corporate needs to start getting involved. This happens to often.
