My glasses were in a horrible state and would fall off of my face whenever I looked down or looked around too quickly. I walked in and had them repaired by Yadira in no time at all and now they're in the best condition I could have possibly asked for!
Yadira is UH-MAZING!! My son and I smashed our glasses and she was able to adjust what we thought was a lost cause! Thank you Yadira for being so sweet and understanding!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Yadira at the Vision Center. Yadira speaks Spanish, and she clearly saw us struggling to communicate in English, yet she made no effort to help bridge the communication gap or make us feel comfortable during the interaction. Instead, she came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional the entire time. I had a really good experience at the vision center with Shanelle. She was patient, professional, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. She answered my questions, helped me pick out my glasses, and had such a positive attitude. Great customer service goes a long way, and she definitely deserves recognition.
