Once again, this place came through for me with the best frame choices at the most reasonable cost in the metro. Zachary was awesome, and he answered all of my questions clearly and precisely. My new glasses look and feel amazing.
From the moment I walked in, Zachary was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. The customer service really stood out—He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Even though Zachary was busy, he still took the time to help me even though I was a walk in. He checked my prescription and even fixed the nose guard on my glasses, which I really appreciated. I would like to give a big compliment to the Vision Center Manager, Zachary Fields, for his outstanding help. My daughter’s glasses had a broken frame leg, and her eye doctor appointment was still two weeks away. We really needed a quick solution. I visited several vision centers, and all of them told me there was nothing they could do and that we had to wait for a new prescription. The issue I have is with the Optometry department in the back. They overbooked appointments constantly. I waited 30 minutes with an eye exam appointment. Please respect your clients time.
