I give Bibas and JD a score of 10,000. They are the greatest. I could go 5 minutes away from home and use my insurance and get glasses for about $200.00. I would much rather drive 20 minutes and pay more just to go to Bibas and JD. They show me the respect that you want. They are not high pressure and they are the only people that will adjust my glasses exactly the way I like them. My 86 year old mother also goes to Bibas and JD for the same reasons. The doctor was great. I've been to see him several times over the years. The retail part of the store is another matter. I came to pick up my glasses and I wasn't even acknowledged for about 10 minutes or so. The person that finally got off the phone to "help" me was borderline rude. He didn't even check anything, just handed me my dirty glasses and said they looked okay to him. In the future I'll take my prescription elsewhere.
If I could give this store 10 stars I would!!! I found Bibas and JD very helpful, they really helped me with my insurance and was able to find the best glasses for us. They are very helpful and nice. I tried giving them a tip but they refused and said they only want to help us! Very grateful.
