four time went to this place to adjust my glass i got from tlhem never fix it right keep sliping and sometimes make it not straight affect my vision another time make it too tight hurt my ears.never got it right .will never go or deal with them again or recommend any one to go there.
This review is for a Hampden location walmart, eye center. It was bad experience for me. Never go back there again. Doctor prescribed progressive lenses, ask me to get to use to them for a month with a promise that is what I need. They didn't work for me after a whole month. I Get my eyes rechecked, and finally got different lenses i can work with. All this back and forth took around 2 months. A charge was outrageous for a pair of progressive lenses and a frame. Bibas is awesome. Otherwise, I had a mixed experience. Paid for an eye exam, purchased three sets of RX eyeglasses, and only one of them works as expected. Paid for a second exam three months later for the doctor to say there was nothing wrong with the RX. I will be getting a second opinion elsewhere.
I give Bibas and JD a score of 10,000. They are the greatest. I could go 5 minutes away from home and use my insurance and get glasses for about $200.00. I would much rather drive 20 minutes and pay more just to go to Bibas and JD. They show me the respect that you want. They are not high pressure and they are the only people that will adjust my glasses exactly the way I like them. My 86 year old mother also goes to Bibas and JD for the same reasons.
