Overall was not a bad experience. 3 star rating because we drove out of our way to pick them up for our daughter and they wouldn’t give me the glasses stating my daughter needed to be there and has to wear them for 15 mins there. None of this was mentioned when we completed the order. Southlands is about a 20 minute drive from our house. And we just drove there during traffic. They definitely should be more transparent about the pick up process. Really frustrating waste of time
Ary was so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and generous with her time. She went above and beyond to take care of me. Even went so far as to give me an improved case over the one that came with my purchase. Really delightful young lady!
Really bad service. I coming with my wife to have a test for her and the number for her vision coming wrong. When we come back for the glasses, my wife has problems to see and make her feel really bad. We come back twice to make again the test and the second test show wrong numbers again cause she can’t see. Finally we comeback only for a refund.
I’ve tried expensive and cheap places and I got the worst eye exam with wrong prescription at Lenscrafter. I went back and a different Dr. corrected the prescription after a second exam but that should never have been necessary. Walmart is inexpensive and I like the Dr, she has been there forever and my prescriptions are always right. In addition, you can purchase additional warranty on frames which is so worth it and I have used that many times. Costco does not warranty frames at all.
I have to go somewhere else to have another eye appt. I'm glad this was so cheap or I would be more upset that I wasted the money. The optometrist was rude, I wiped down the surfaces of devices before I put my face to them because she didnt. The ac wasn't running on a hot day, she asked me if I was ever told I had a lazy eye, I said no and she moved right along without any explanation.
