Really bad service. I coming with my wife to have a test for her and the number for her vision coming wrong. When we come back for the glasses, my wife has problems to see and make her feel really bad. We come back twice to make again the test and the second test show wrong numbers again cause she can’t see. Finally we comeback only for a refund.
I’ve tried expensive and cheap places and I got the worst eye exam with wrong prescription at Lenscrafter. I went back and a different Dr. corrected the prescription after a second exam but that should never have been necessary. Walmart is inexpensive and I like the Dr, she has been there forever and my prescriptions are always right. In addition, you can purchase additional warranty on frames which is so worth it and I have used that many times. Costco does not warranty frames at all.
I have to go somewhere else to have another eye appt. I'm glad this was so cheap or I would be more upset that I wasted the money. The optometrist was rude, I wiped down the surfaces of devices before I put my face to them because she didnt. The ac wasn't running on a hot day, she asked me if I was ever told I had a lazy eye, I said no and she moved right along without any explanation. I had an outstanding experience at the Walmart Vision Center. Dr. Yampolsky and all the employees there were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, even with my daughter accompanying me. The entire staff was friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The service was thorough and efficient, and I appreciated the time they took to explain everything clearly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in need of vision care. Took my wife here to get an eye exam and get new glasses. The optometrist was very rude and unprofessional with conducting the eye exam. We declined the insurance as they told us it was an extra $100. The glasses came in a few days early. The assistant that helped during the pickup was a lot more friendly and told us the insurance was only an extra $20. There is some disparity between the cost of insurance on glasses.
