I have to go somewhere else to have another eye appt. I'm glad this was so cheap or I would be more upset that I wasted the money. The optometrist was rude, I wiped down the surfaces of devices before I put my face to them because she didnt. The ac wasn't running on a hot day, she asked me if I was ever told I had a lazy eye, I said no and she moved right along without any explanation. I had an outstanding experience at the Walmart Vision Center. Dr. Yampolsky and all the employees there were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, even with my daughter accompanying me. The entire staff was friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Took my wife here to get an eye exam and get new glasses. The optometrist was very rude and unprofessional with conducting the eye exam. We declined the insurance as they told us it was an extra $100. The glasses came in a few days early. The assistant that helped during the pickup was a lot more friendly and told us the insurance was only an extra $20. There is some disparity between the cost of insurance on glasses. The staff is always amazing. Great with kids and very knowledgeable.
Michelle at the Southlands Vision Center in Aurora Co is the best! She is helpful, professional and so kind. She went above what I feel is normal to help my family. She deserves some recognition for the amazing work she does! She is typically alone but manages it all and with a friendly smile!
