Horrible, lazy customer service. These people don't want your business. My fault though. Clearly, I should have read the reviews first, yikes!
Went to my original eye glass place and brought them my $400 prescription sunglasses to fix and they told me they were not fixable went to Walmart vision center for a second opinion before paying another $400 and Hunter and Angie got me all taken care of in less then 5 minutes!!! They just gained my business along with my family of 4 who all wears glasses! Thank you so much!!
Outstanding service! They were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me and my two daughters find the perfect frames. The optician recommended what features were best for each of us based on what we do throughout the day. We will be back!
So sad honestly that people DO NOT want to do the job that they're getting paid to do. We went to Walmart Vision on Saturday February.11,2023. When we walked in a thin white guy said...; Do you all need help with anything 🤔😶? I mean really of course we needed help that's why we were standing there - he NEVER left the spot where he was standing at ( oook ) , so we walked to where he was and I told him what I needed to have done 1st ' No questions asked to me ' ok so that went well , but when it came to my Daughter different... read more
They sold me a treatment for the lenses to keep them from fogging, didn’t work and made them impossible to clean. They NEVER stayed on my face, even with 2 adjustments. BROKE within 6 months, likely bc they fell off my face at least 5-8 times A DAY. Very cheaply made. The vision appointment was good, lenses better than previous glasses from Wolchase Vision Works, but truly a waste of money. WOULD NOT recommend their center. Not Wolfchase Walmart, anyway.
