Good service
I wanted to review this vision center because I went in hesitant since it only has 3 starts and very little reviews over the last years. I just took my 5 and 7 year old for eye exams and glasses and they were excellent with their service. The nurses and the doctor were so patient and kind, these tests are hard on kids, my 5yo boy was struggling to stay still during some of the tests and they were very patient with him, they treated us really well and even tho we didn't have insurance they had no problem accommodating us. Got transition lenses about six months ago.They are on my face all day until I go to bed. The lenses are so scratched that I can hardly see out of them at this point. I have no idea how they can be scratched that bad. For what I gave for them I certainly did not get my monies worth. The staff seemed very uneducated about their jobs.
I bought 2 pairs of glasses and used both insurance plans. I can see up close just fine. I put my new glasses on to see far away better, and that was fine. I tried to read as I have always been able to with all of my glasses for over 15 years, and I can't read a thing without taking them off. I take them back the next day and the nice staff person listens, and that person goes back to the optometrist, then comes back and tells me if I want to be able to read with them on, that I have to pay for bifocals. You have to have an exam now even if your one day past your prescription date. Never going back here.
