Got transition lenses about six months ago.They are on my face all day until I go to bed. The lenses are so scratched that I can hardly see out of them at this point. I have no idea how they can be scratched that bad. For what I gave for them I certainly did not get my monies worth. The staff seemed very uneducated about their jobs.
I bought 2 pairs of glasses and used both insurance plans. I can see up close just fine. I put my new glasses on to see far away better, and that was fine. I tried to read as I have always been able to with all of my glasses for over 15 years, and I can't read a thing without taking them off. I take them back the next day and the nice staff person listens, and that person goes back to the optometrist, then comes back and tells me if I want to be able to read with them on, that I have to pay for bifocals.
