Patty at the Walmart Vision Center at Jones Maltsberger Rd. gave great customer service. I called to let her know my glasses broke and if they did repairs. I told her I was moving out of state in 3 days and did not have time to order replacement glasses. She said, I have a frame that matches your pair and can just swap out the lens. Patty swapped out my lenses and replaced my frames in minutes. She had empathy, she made a connection, and swapped out the lens in time to get me back to work without being late.
