I was on vacation at San Antonio and stopped by Walmart to get some foods. While there I came to the Vision department looking for a replacement screw for my sunglasses. Patty was there and after found out what I was looking for, she offered to replace the screw - at no charge!!! I was shocked. She fixed it on the spot, and even clean my sunglasses. Thank you so much Patty.
Visited Walmart Vision Center yesterday & was met by Patty. I asked if she could repair my sun glasses, had lost screw. She was able to replace with new tiny screw & My sun glasses repaired & fit so well after trying on! Her kindness & disposition were very much appreciated. G. Spencer
