Horrible customer service, the only place I have ver been to that makes you keep a set of trial contacts to come back for a follow up. And when young t have a set they tell you oh well make another apt. Will never go back to this wannabe eye care facility
Please note: The hours claiming they open at 9 are incorrect, at least on weekends. In reality, they open at ten, and have not bothered to go through the effort to change their hours either online or in store. This is what a staff member was eventually able to say because the manager was too preoccupied to explain why it wasn't open. There were multiple people who had arrived expecting the vision center to be open. Update: It's 16 after ten and they are still not open.
Went in not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was nice and helpful. Dr. Giffen was very thorough and nice. I feel like she really went the distance to help me and my daughter get the best prescription possible. Thank you Dr. Giffen.
All the doctors that work at Walmart, are not actually "Walmart doctors", they just lease a space from Walmart. The doctor themselves decide what hours they work, what they charge per visit, and what insurance they accept.
They only see patients for eye exams Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday :-(
