They used to adjust your glasses even if you didn't buy from them. That's all changed now because people can buy glasses online and they don't want to do it for free anymore. I get my glasses online because I order glass lenses. They don't make these at Walmart. But I am looking for someone that takes my insurance to get my eye examination. It looks like I'll need to find someone else because they won't adjust them.
Worst experience ever!!!! Kept trying to leave and the guy kept talking keeping me there.
I have been going to this vision center for years. I haven't been in awhile but today I went for for my check up and the new staff were amazing and very helpful. Definitely 5 stars!
Very disappointed. After two exams (one was a reexam) and two different pairs of glasses I was still getting nonstop headaches, dizziness and feeling nauseated when wearing the glasses. I explained to the doctor that I felt the prescription was too strong but she insisted it was the fault of the lenses and how they were made, not the prescription.
