I was blindsided for the fact that they charged me a $35 fee for a 3D test exam that they've never done before and they knew Most insurances do not pay for this exam but yet they force you to pay it out of your own pocket which they've never done before And I was told you're not allowed to opt out of this test And when you're expecting your insurance to pay for the whole cost and they turn around and say they want their $35 out of you then that means the test probably isn't needed or else the insurance would pay for it
I was skeptical about going to Walmart for my eye care, but not anymore. The staff were great and funny. The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything in laymen’s terms, so it was easy to understand how my prescription changed. Very helpful and I had a great time at a doctor’s visit??? Highly recommend. And for all you haters with the lousy 1 reviews. Dude it was Covid. Please….

Great staff, fast appointments!
They did a great job. Followed directions and cleaned up a glasses disaster that a far more expensive place created. They understood what I needed and the glasses turned out perfectly. They are more reasonably priced and more courteous and professional than Lens Crafters and Target Optical.
