Every time I go in here there is always an issue. Seems like staff has no clue what they're doing and just aggravated they have to do their job.
Great service by JJ, Bradley and the rest of the staff at the Pelham Road Vision Center. They have provided courteous professional assistance with all of my vision needs for the last couple of years!
Everyone seemed nice at first went through the process everything was good went to pick up my glasses as soon as I walked up the lady at the desk turned her head and rolled her eyes i didn't say anything then she put on her fake smile and proceeded to get my glasses when i got my glasses they were the wrong frames so then the lady tried to act like she didn't know that they had switched my frames to a different pair because the ones I have now don't line up right finally she remembered gave me the option to switch frames but... read more
