Optician never there! Random times of the day he leaves to go to other locations or to run errands and pick up his kids! I paid for glasses a month ago and aren’t able to pick them up because an optician is never there! Worse store ever to buy glasses from, unreliable and undependable service.
Trying to pick up sons glasses for two months now, can’t drop off or pick up without an optician. Of course he’s never there and this woman that opens up location and answers the phone, says her only job is to answer the phone which is pointless. SHOULD OPEN ONLY WHEN SERVICE IS AN OPTION. What a waste of time and at the expense of both my 9 and 6 year olds vision.Please do better.
Walmart really is a One Stop Store! It’s conveniency makes it easier to shop! Just knowing everything I need is right there. Thank you WalMART.
Broke my glasses during my lab class and had to drive blind for a mile in a panic in the hopes of getting them fixed. I legally can’t drive without them, and I had an hour and a half trip back to Gainesville after class. The folks who were working today at Walmart Optical (1/28/25) were so quick, so polite and so helpful and I was back on the road in just a few minutes. Perfect service! Y’all really helped in my time of need!
The racist lady who does nothing but stay in the phone and says she can not help anyone until the optometrist arrives and never knows when the Dr will arrive is pointless. Keep it closed and let the optometrist open the doors. I asked if she can tighten screw on my glasses she says no I have to wait for the optometrist. I asked so can I schedule a time she said she does not do that either. I said well you just open the door and talk and be on your personal phone and getting paid; must be nice.
