I paid for glasses that were never ordered. I could get no information from the employees, other than "it's still at the lab." Then, after many phone calls and hold time, someone finally contacted "the lab" to supposedly be told that the script had been "sent to another lab." No one could track them,and the lab bizarrely didn't have any record of their wherabouts. The optical store manager was on permanent vacation, and no one would return my calls.
