I had a wonderful experience with ophthalmology when I requested lenses to be inserted into my frame. I especially want to highlight the consultant who assisted me on January 7, 2025. She was incredibly attentive and helped me with all the questions and challenges that came up during the order process. I've been getting my eyeglass prescriptions with Rosanna for some years and I continue to find the service outstanding. There is a nice selection of frames of different quality and price points. Rosanna's knowledge and technical skills are the best. Rosanna and Fatima are highly focused on customer service. Both are adept with accurate frames measuring so that my eyeglasses fit comfortably. Not a good selection of glasses. Attendant was a bit pushy wanting my information which was not happening unless I found glasses that I liked. Did not find anything.
