Staff needs to get their act together a bit more. Came in for exam and purchased glasses. Called for three days and was told they were on the way and will be ready in a day or so then called again the next day and am told that I still have to pay even tho I paid cash and that the glasses wernt even sent out yet. Reminder this is for my young daughter so she has her glasses for camp. Had to drive 40 mins just for them to tell me it’s a computer mistake. That supposedly eye doctor was not nice en lie to me and then to my frien I don’t recommend them at all
I won't go anywhere else for eye exams and glasses. Everyone here is so friendly and professional. Dave is the best!
Terrible just left there all I need is new frames for my lenses that I literally bought there a few yrs ago girl says she can't find me in the system which is weird but oh well then she goes looks for like a minute and half comes back and tells me sorry I can t find the frames and we can't just put them into any frames have a good day didn't even try and offer other solutions like many other commenter's it seems as if I was a burden as a customer to her
My frames cracked on a pair of glasses asked if they could find some frames that would match up to my lenses. They wouldn’t even look at them. Both of those guys were like it was a major inconvenience never even took one look. Yeah thanks for nothing Won’t waste time going there again for nothing. I’m sure they don’t care because they still get paid to sit there and do nothing.
