It is very difficult for me to understand how a business having customers on the floor can say that they are on break and tell the customers to come back at a later time. If I was the CEO, I would have all of them fired. If I could give a minus 10 stars I would.
Kathy was wonderful, super personable over the phone when scheduling. I wish all my interactions were like the one I had with Kathy. She is excellent!
Monique is very kind customer service employee she and Jennifer are cordial and efficient. They are caring and above in customer service.
All staff have gone above and beyond with customer service. Always leave above satisfied with quality products and services.
Ordered glasses said they would be ready in 10 days, never received a phone call. I called back kept getting the run around. Finally got a response after 45 days that my glasses were sent yo another store. Same issue with my contacts after 2 months they finally came in. Worst service ever.
