"The experience at the optician's was extremely disappointing due to the rudeness and lack of professionalism of Mrs. Anna. I was expecting assistance with some simple questions about appointments and types of accepted insurances, but instead, I was met with an unpleasant and condescending attitude. Mrs. Anna clearly lacks basic customer service skills, and her behavior made my visit extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the regrettable customer service provided by this employee."
