All the staff, from the doctor, technicians, sales staff, and even scheduling were friendly, helpful, and most of all honest in their assessments and recommendations. The testing itself used the "puff of air" method instead of dilating eye drops which a) I found more comfortable and b) meant I could drive immediately after.

Dr. Scheel is one of the kindest and most patient doctors I’ve ever had, and all the techs are always really nice and helpful. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and it’s always a pleasant time.
Been coming here for 25 years. Needed contacts badly. Came in for my scheduled appointment, come to find out they won't accept my insurance anymore. They were trying to get me to pay out of pocket instead of going somewhere else for an appointment. I asked them to help me out by giving me a sample pair of contacts to get my by, until I can find somewhere new to go, since I was expecting to get contacts from them today and they said flat out no.
