Be careful !!!!!! They sent me a bill for no reason of $15 and then when I called to the center they told me I need to go to the store and maybe she can help me with a charge but I have to pay the $15 immediately. It was crazy just be careful. Make sure they’re not gonna send you bills to your house. And of course, the customer service of Walmart is not the best so there’s nobody to talk with.
Only come between 9-1 and 3-6! I was there at noon and no one was there young lady came by to tell me the hours to come and come back tomorrow because they can’t put in orders when no dr is there so I drove to avenues and was helped with no problems
The only time you can pick up your new glasses is on Wednesday. From 9:30 to 7. They are also closed from 1 to 3 for lunch?? Who takes a 3 hr. launch, I wish I could?? When I get my new glasses and they did the wrong presciption?? So I had to wait another 2 weeks to get them. Then I stop in in on a Tuseday( I did not know at that time, you could only get them on Wednesdays) to get them and the woman yelled at me, only on Wednesdays. THEY are not professional and RUD!! I will never use them again.
Scam scam scam I called for an eye test. And I asked if they took my insurance and drove up here. I arrived the doctor refused to run my insurance and they said oh we don’t take that insurance. CIGNA I needed to pay $ 79. ugh why do I ever go to wal mart
I visited Dr. Jose Castillo at 10991 San Jose Blvd. Walmart Optican center. I could not be more pleased with comprehensive exam. Dr. Castillo and his office manager Angie Toro were very professional, knowledgeable and nice.
