Went in totally lost and confused, but Tammy and Erica were super welcoming and walked me through everything that I needed to know. Awesome vibes from them, and when I was done with my exam, they made sure to check back in with me for quality assurance. All the staff is super helpful here, would recommend to anyone on the fritz about their vision.
This is the best place to get your eye glasses! I strongly recommend it as the staff here is so friendly and they really know what they are doing. I was a customer of American best for over 10 years and as time passed they were becoming less professional and they didn’t care about the customers so my sister recommended Walmart and it is the best decision I have made as they are better and have a lot of patience, I really recommend it.
It is very disappointing to find people who represent a company, who discriminate against their clients for not being able to speak their language. On two occasions I have tried to use my health insurance for a routine eye exam, at this point and despite the fact that I am sure that my insurance is valid in this place, the woman who works there does not bother to consult her system, she practically does not even look at my face, all because my level of English is still not enough for her.
I just called and was told there is no longer an eye doctor to give exams, at this location.
