We had an awful experience at the vision center today. My wife and son had a 4:30 appointment, which had been confirmed as the last slot by their staff just yesterday. Despite arriving on time and waiting in front of the center, no one was there (I understand one person handles both the lab and reception), and the doctor just walked out without even checking on them. We’ll never return to Walmart for our vision care needs.
Glasses were made well, however some staff members, Ann specifically, were just plain rude. I picked up glasses that I paid good money for. When I arrived, at 140 pm on February 15th, 2024, Ann stated, " were usually on lunch at this time, take a seat, it'll be awhile. I waited patiently and finally asked if I could just have my glasses and leave; they were paid for. She handed them to me and I left. The dr comes only once a week and does not answer the phone apart from the day he is scheduled to work. He messed up my husband’s prescription and due to that, it’s been a 2 week delay to get a pair of glasses. I would suggest going elsewhere for a speedy service.
Great service…always Togo place for optical needs…staff are excellent
