Stopped in to talk to them and ask if they took my insurance, she said let me make an appointment first. Thought this is weird dont check my insurance but ok. They checked my insurance, they didnt take it. No big deal. Asked cancel my appointment. Now their attitude kicked in. She said that i could still get the exam but it would cost me 120 bucks. Melissa who works here is a godsend. She not only double checked if they had my prescription in stock and was able to help me out until I get my prescription renewed. My husband and I both had our eyeglass prescriptions filled at Walmart in Northbridge Ma. and the service was wonderful. Mike and Melissa the 2 associates that took care of us were helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable.
