Stopped in for a repair on some glasses my roommate purchased and Miguel was there to help us with Val’s broken glasses (we purchased the coverage plan from, wait for it…Miguel!! -he was excellent enough the first time when he helped Val purchase these glasses and took the time to tell us how to protect Val’s new glasses!). Miguel repaired and cleaned the glasses to perfection! All with an upbeat and great personality! We really appreciate the great service! Thnx much, Robert
Worse experience ever. I came with all intention of buying lenses here. I met with Lizandra and all I asked for was a quote but she was super defensive and would not even let me get a printed quote. She wasted me time and her time. All she did was try to upsell me on extra features but would not answer of my questions about it. When I asked to remove some of the extra features she would say they are standard and would not remove them. I had such a great experience at Vision Center! The staff was amazing, especially the person who helped me select my contact lenses. They were super patient, friendly, and really took the time to explain the different options to make sure I found the most comfortable fit. I never felt rushed, and they made the whole process so easy. I left feeling confident and happy with my new contacts. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for genuine care and great service!
