I have worn glasses for 50 years, but the service at this optical shop was shockingly rude. Among the staff, the Hispanic female employee stood out for her unfriendly attitude. While the optometrist conducted the eye exam kindly, I only ordered lenses here because I had already purchased frames elsewhere. However, because the frames weren’t bought at their store, the employee flatly refused to adjust them to fit my face and eyes properly.
