While we were out of town we used our protection plan at this Walmart to fix both our glasses in under 15minutes, the staff was amazing - Miguel provided excellent service!

I moved here from Virginia. I had such a great experience with the optical in the Walmart in Virginia. I never had a problem with them. But here I pay over $300 for my lenses, not even the frame, because The frame were the ones that I bought in the Walmart in Virginia, and optical here in Florida charged me $20 for using my own frames that I bought at a Walmart optical.
