Very Friendly and patient. The manager has my name!!! Both ladies were nice and professional. They helped me choose my new frame. I felt like I was taking too long but the manager assured me that I could take as long as I needed. I love it here and will definitely be back
PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN, en serio muy mala. Además los empleados no saben ni usar el sistema para ordenar los lentes y pagar, hubo mil problemas, me hicieron elegir la montura en literalmente 10 minutos, y los lentes son de PÉSIMA CALIDAD, yo soy muy cuidadosa, pero estos lentes se rayaron de nada, al punto que no puedo ni siquiera ver a través de ellos, veo mejor sin lentes puestos. If you looking for good customer service go to this walmart I called the one on elvis presley and the one in southhaven for the same reason they just push me off with number Noone answered but this one went to get the information I need for me even thought it wasnt her department she scheduled my appointment and as a customer I really appreciated it So 😊
Best vision Dr.. so Professional and personable! Need better selection of frames is the only down point.
