Charity here this Walmart is the real deal, their brands are amazing and I choose Phat Farm shades that she was able to make into Prescription Glasses. Got the best price in town and I would recommend this Optical location to my family and friends.
Had my first visit yesterday. Everyone was kind from start to finish. When I was choosing my frames and lenses, Luis, made my experience stress-free. He explained the insurance coverages, options, and the pricing. He also went the extra mile in helping me choose the color for transition lenses. I am so grateful for his help, kindness, and wonderful customer service.
I had a great deal of help with Charity and Jessica at the vision center. They helped me with the glasses and the frame selection. Big friendly help.
Dr. Nguyen- optometrist outside of this optical shop is great ; Visit Dr. Nguyen but go to a different Walmart optical shop as others have mentioned!!! This optical shop is terrible! The staff is always so rude and acts like you are bothering them! They all need to get another job since they want to act so dang bothered to do THEIR JOB!!
