I very highly recommend visiting this location if you're ever looking for a new pair of glasses. Charity has gone above and beyond and made the entire process of buying glasses entirely painless; she's personable and exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to answering questions. Even if you're just in for a quick stop, she's incredibly helpful and efficient. Again, I so very highly recommend visiting this location, and I will certainly be back.
Purchased 3 pairs of glasses, great experience. Luis was so friendly, helpful and patient. I’d definitely buy here again, thank you for a nice experience we will be back.
Both employees we encountered today had a terrible attitude, they seemed to be inconvenienced we were browsing frames.
The manager Becca and Daniela and Luis are all great people very concerned about you being very happy and they're very knowledgeable I highly suggest them
"I cannot express enough how absolutely delighted I am with the service I received at WalMart on Precinct Line in Hurst! I was in a HUGE bind...my frames broke and I had a job interview in 2 hours. I rushed to the store and Luis saved the day! I was frantic and he was beyond calming. He suggested popping my lenses into new frames to solve the issue quickly.
