I was there today for an eye exam. I just emailed Walmart corporate over this. The Dr suggested I take an additional field of vision test, which I did. On my right eye, the machine wasn't lined up. I was supposed to only see inside, the dots and lights, but the frame was blocking the lower right side of my vision. I said this to the one doing the test, he moved it slightly, I said it's still blocking, he didn't move it again. Malia was very excellent with helping me find the right pair of glasses for me. When I come again I hope I get great customer service from her or the staff.
The ladies at this location were lovely! Especially Itzel , so very helpful.
Sam is awesome! I took my 10YO son’s glasses in with a bent metal piece. I was worried I’d need to get a new frame, but Sam was able to fix the piece and glasses are good as new! Fast, friendly and awesome!
