I've been going to this vision center for a long time and always had great customer care, this last time I went a week ago and these two awesome, kind girls who helped me pick out just what I was looking for, I just want to say to Roseanna and Molly thank you very much for your patience and help you are both very kind and helpful
My father and brother both are clients here, and I have actually been meaning to write this review for quite some time, but I couldn't remember the young lady's name, my brother just recently attended his appointment and he reminded me her name, but this place is already wonderful, but one of the employees in particular stands out from the rest because my goodness, she is sweet as pie! I have had good experiences in the past, but this time the lenses were wrong several times. When I first got my glasses I noticed one was loose and took them back only to find out one of the lenses was too small for the frame. After I got them back I accidentally scratched them, but I had purchased the protection so I put a claim in. This location is amazing and so is the manager she always takes care of me.
I was told that every pair of glasses comes with a 12 month warranty. And then to my surprise when I reviewed my receipt I was charged for this warranty. Never was it an option but a hidden charge for what I was told came with every purchase. I have yet to speak with the manager as I was told I would get a call back. Shady tactics. Very disappointed
