Edit::: I appreciate Rosana did give me a call to followup and try to make the situation right, she is giving me a gift card to help offset gas costs. I went in to get my contact lens prescription filled, and Itzel was the only representative working at the time. As it got busier, she entered the prescription information, and told me that my insurance only covered $100 toward contacts without even taking my insurance ID number. Rosanna at the Saginaw Walmart Vision Center has been taking care of me and my son for over 10 years, and we just love her! Even though we live in Wise County and the Haslet Walmart is closer, we drive all the way to Saginaw because the service here is unmatched. Rosanna always treats us like family, she’s kind, caring, and always goes out of her way to help. The whole staff is friendly, but Rosanna truly makes every visit special. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
At Atomic Taco, we know the importance of great vision, especially when so much of our time is spent reviewing spreadsheets and budgets. Recently, my glasses started giving me headaches, and Molly at the Saginaw Walmart Vision Center came to the rescue. She quickly fixed them by changing out the nose pieces, and it made a huge difference right away! Her kindness and care are exactly why we continue to trust her after all these years. At Cowtown Travel, I spend a lot of time at the computer making travel arrangements for my clients, so having the right glasses is essential. Rosanna has always taken such great care of me, she recommended the perfect lenses that prevent headaches, and they’ve been working wonderfully. The transition lenses combined with the no-line bifocal lenses have made reading and working so much easier. She truly understands what I need and makes sure I’m comfortable and taken care of every time.
