After paying $254.75 on 09 Oct 2025 I thought that covers my portion but then they sent me a bill on 20 Feb 2026 of $150. They sent months later so that the refund period is over. Now I’m stuck having to pay a total of $404.75. Please get your people trained on how to process claimed so that we don’t get billed after paying coPay only to end up having to pay more & the glasses ended up being almost full price. On 3/14/26 I went to choose out my new glasses the guy who works there was so nice and they came in on 3/21/26. After some time i noticed my lenses were moving on 3/22. I went in on 3/23 and the lady said oh that normal there supposed to move and I went with it. Because I’m not smart in glasses. Then I went back on 3/25 and she had an attitude with me and my mom and basically said the same thing there supposed to move and it’s normal. But we wanted them fixed.
