I must be fair, I've been a customer at this specific Walmart vision center for more than ten years and have gotten more than six eye exams and countless amount of glasses from Ray Bans to sports goggles, the onsite customer service has always been great, each customer gets the attention they deserve, so they won't be answering calls while you're sitting in front of them, more than likely only two employees. They rude don't never answer the phone they all are just getting paid free money nobody doing no work in this place I'm sure they lose many customers a day.

Been coming here for about 7 years now very wonderful staff .. both Dr Brown & Dr Beanie are very friendly
