Had an eye exam with Dr Dowdy who was great & purchased the Meta glasses with my prescription with the vision center. Everybody was cool, patient, & knowledgeable. Reginald promptly greeted me, made sure I got set up right, & stayed available through the set up process. Real cool. Deborah doubled down on that information as a great manager should do. I wish I knew the other lady (maybe Tasha) who helped me on 9/13 around 2pm with the Meta Glasses but she was mega great too. I will be recommending you all to everyone I know. ... read more
This is hands down THE BEST, let me say it again, THE BEST vision center I’ve been too. I found my new optometrist. The care is beyond exceptional. First let me start with eye doctor Dr Dowdy. She was very attentive. Answered every question I had, no rush. She explained things well. She was patient and kind. No complaints. My mother lives in Lakeland, TN. She always buys her glasses from Walmart vision center. When she heard Deborah got transferred to the Walmart in Southaven, i immediately had to take her to that Walmart. Deborah has always been very sweet and helpful to my mom. My mother is 92 years old and she’ll tell you Deborah is the only one who knows how to fit my mom in her glasses. Thank you Deborah for always taking great care of my mom.
Debra and Latasha were great and very helpful with my order and decision on my frames. I highly recommend this center.
